Hearing aids purchased 12/19/2016, Only supposed to pay 10% and my insurance guaranteed would pay the rest. Made me pay over $3000.
that day and has taken over 7 months to get them to file correctly with Anthem who now has paid them again. I now am waiting for a refund---hoping that won't take 7 months as well!
Local office now only open 2 days a week, will not answer the phone and if your hearing aid quits working you just have to show up---no way to make an appointment if nobody answers the phone. I am really dissapointed in this company and its lack of service and billing ability.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $3238.
I didn't like: Billing.
